Its durable composite structure ensures long-term performance, while the anti-slip textured surface and efficient drainage system provide both safety and comfort. Ideal for modern, barrier-free bathrooms in homes, hotels, and care facilities.

This shower base fits perfectly. The installation was delayed, but was well worth the wait. It has a good feel and is very sturdy. An excellent choice for the price. I thought the lip around the edges would be a little higher, but it seems to work well with the doors. Looks great. Cant wait until everything is complete. Elise. US. Mon Mar 16 2026

Transolid ultra-low linear shower bases are the perfect choice to replace an old tub. They are to accommodate traditional tub sizes and the drain from the wall to line up with an existing tub drain. I haven't installed it yet, so I dont know how easy that is, but it was packaged really well. The box was a little beat up but there's actually another box inside of it so there was no damage to the shower pan. It's super heavy and feels really nice. I love the matte, slate like texture of it.. Elle. Rockport, TX. Fri Oct 17 2025

Looks like plastic and not super close to the picture so would not recommend this unless youre okay with it looking a little fake when compared to real marble. Anonymous. Mon May 11 2026

Create a sophisticated bathroom space with unparalleled ease and speed. Utile by MAAX is an innovative shower walls solution, available in a range of rich colors, deep textures, and stylish patterns that look and feel like tile. Why is Utile superior to tile? Starting with purchase and installation: with tile, several other materials are required, and a professional must complete the 3-day installation. Alternatively, Utile walls do not require the purchase of other materials except silicone, and a few tools if not already in hand. They are fixed directly on the studs in 1 day and do not require hiring an expert! As for the long run, tile is a sturdy material; however, grout requires regular care and maintenance to keep its look and integrity long term. Utile walls, on the other hand, offer smooth textures or have realistic and carefree faux grout lines that will not crack!

This is a great shower. One thing - please note that the interior length is around 46.5", *not* 45.5" as shown above. After prep, the installation took just an hour or so. The individual pieces are light enough to be carried by one guy, so it was easy to unload and handle. Very much recommended.. Mdci. Maury County, TN. Thu Apr 30 2026

Luxury shower surrounds for the DIY enthusiast in pre-cut kits for common shower wall sizes. These panels are lightweight, easy to carry, cut and fabricate. Cutting can be done with a skilled saw, angle grinder, jigsaw, etc. To fabricate you can use a Dremel tool, miter, etc. We suggest using Locktite PowerGrab Ultimate adhesive or Boss 125 adhesive to adhere panels to the walls but compatibility to the other substrates might need testing. We suggest using 100% clear silicone to glue the trim to the panels. We suggest applying the adhesive to the panel, applying circle blobs of caulking about 6”-8” apart throughout the sheet. We also suggest applying 100% silicone, about a ¼” continuous bead around the panel's outside edges to ensure a good edge seal and prevent moisture or debris from getting behind the panel.

Turned out wonderful. Very durable. Laura. TX. Tue Oct 20 2026
