The couch is exceptional! It is my first time buying a couch without "trying it out" first, and I was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable it is! We went thru quite a debacle to get it delivered tho, and had to wait almost 2 months. With that being said, I feel like they made it right for us and helped every step of the way! My significant other is still trying to figure out how to put this together, somehow he did this with it (see image) and currently it’s a chair instead of a storage loveseat. The fabric is really soft and the pillows are quite fluffy. They come very flat and take a several days to fully puff up. Hopefully he’ll figure out the full secret to assembly success and I’ll be able to report back with the loveseat reveal. It does make a nice chair so far. I gave it an extra star for being a Transformer.. Christine. Indian Hills, CO. Mon Jan 12 2026

This couch is exactly what we were looking for. With 5 power reclining sections, cloth, and it being gray in color, it was really a great price compared to others that we looked at with the same options. I also love that it is modular, so we can rearrange the sections in any configuration we'd like if we put it somewhere else in the future. As for the cushion, this couch is on the firmer side, but that is what we were looking for. The delivery went smoothly, the installation was quick, nothing was missing or damaged.. Derek. Idaho. 5 stars for value. Pretty happy overall with this purchase. Decent size sectional with fun bonus features make this a good family room couch. Definitely a great budget option, I will say if you are looking for a premium piece of furniture this definitely isn’t top of the line in craftsmanship in regards to cushion comfort, durability and fabric (which color appears much lighter gray than I hoped for in person) but at this price point I’m pleased. It seems sturdy enough and a great option for a secondary living space or apartment. It also comes in pieces to be assembled which was great to ensure we could avoid trying to get a large piece of furniture around some tight turns to get to the room we wanted it in. I was able to assemble this on my own just needed help getting the 2 large bases into our family room. Extra tip, just open the boxes from where they are delivered and remove each piece separately instead of trying to haul the massive boxes around, this made it much easier to manage!. Mia. Michigan.
