Fairly easy to build. I did it all on my own, took about 12hrs however I took several breaks and I was building 2 of these desks. This is a nice cabinet. Very sturdy and was fairly easy to assemble. I highly recommend 2 people to assemble. Be careful it can scratch. Very spacious which is exactly what I was looking for!! My only disappointment was that my bigger plates didn’t fit in the spaces behind the glass windows. I ended up putting food on those shelves. I didn’t like seeing that through the glass so I used black stock card behind the glass doors and that did the trick. I am considering changing the knobs to something more primitive. Everything was labeled VERY well and instructions were easy to follow (my only complaint was that in 2 sections it makes a point to say particular holes are “facing out”, but the illustration has them facing in).
