It’s comfortable, has good lumbar support and not too much head support which my neck likes. As others have said, it won’t stay fully back in the reclined position which is ok. I just watch tv in it. It’s not a huge recliner which is good. There are, however some marks on one arm that should not be there. It’d be a huge problem to return it. The 2 accent chairs are good looking and comfortable. We bought them in Navy leather and the color is pretty and a true Navy. They were fairly easy to assemble. The chair is attractive and comfortable, but it was not manufactured with care. One of the back brackets was not attached at the correct angle, so the chair back would not go down all the way. But luckily, my handyman was able to remove and reposition it. Also, the stitching on one side is crooked and doesn't cover the staples as it should.
