Product unboxed with a dent in the front right middle of door. It's a superficial dent, only on the outside, so it will not affect how the product works. It's frustrating, but I am ok with it. I am sure this thing will get plenty knocked around in the coming years from normal wear and tear. Assembly was a chore, and absolutely takes two people. You CANNOT assemble this by yourself, it is far too heavy. Very well built and sturdy product, besides the handles which appear to be a type of plastic. Nice size smoker, better than expected. I wasnt expecting it to be as big as it is. It arrived in a box the size of the grill rack. Everything was stacked and packed securely in the box. It took about two hours to put together only because there were many screws. It comes with all the inner workings, grill rack, water pan, charcoalwood rack, thermometer, and ash collecting box.
