I bought 2 white loveseats. One of the boxes arrived with a puncture/tear in it, and the backrest inside also had a small puncture/tear. I reported the damage to Wayfair online, and had an online chat with a Wayfair customer service rep. He offered me a generous partial refund for the loveseat with the damage. I'm still giving this product 5 stars, because I don't think my livingroom has ever looked better than it looks right now with these beautiful loveseats! I was able to assemble them myself, with no help, and I'm a small 70 year old woman. Stuffing the cushions was a little bit of a challenge, but here's the finished product. I got the curry velvet color. It looks quite different than the color in the picture but I was expecting that from other photos. More deep orangey red brown than tan. But I actually think it's so beautiful! Took me and my boyfriend about 45 minutes to set it up, it was fairly easy. The bottom cushion is firm and the back cushions are nice and soft. I got it for my therapist office and I think that is a perfect combination for clients sitting on it regularly.
