This cabinet looks even better in person than I expected. The wood finish has a really clean, modern look with subtle detailing on the doors that adds character without being too busy. The gold handles are a nice touch and give it a slightly elevated feel. The adjustable shelves make it easy to customize the storage space depending on what you need to fit inside, which is a big plus. The cabinet doors also have a slow-close feature, so they shut smoothly and quietly. It feels very sturdy and well-built once assembled, which gave me confidence right away. I am so impressed by this piece. I will not lie and tell you that I was excited when I saw how many pieces there were to put together. I almost paid for the installation after it sat in the box for a few days. However, if you pull everything out and lay the pieces out and in their sections it wasn’t bad at all. I broke the install down into a 2 day event so all in all it took me about 3 hours alone. The last door was a little tricky since you must adjust it a few times for it to close perfectly and be aligned correctly. Worth every tweak. I bought it for my office since they did not provide storage for items in our new location. I have had nothing but compliments on how my office looks like a serene spa. The doors are smooth close as well which is an additional bonus. Wayfair never adds the colors automatically when you are writing a review. I absolutely love this! It is perfect for what we needed. We have very limited storage in our kitchen and we needed something for the air fryer, coffee maker, the toaster and then just miscellaneous stuff. I also needed a place to put my kitchen towels, so the drawer works great, the other drawer we’re going to put all our spices in there. My husband chose not to get the professional from Wayfair to put it together and he definitely regretted that decision after it took us five hours to put together. The instructions were clear and it wasn’t hard. It was just time-consuming. I would definitely spend the extra money and have them do it. The only thing I didn’t like is the cut out in the back for the cords to go through to plug-in. It’s right in the middle. It serves no purpose for me. I can’t plug my coffee maker in with the cord going through there unless I use an extension cord, and I tried putting our microwave on the shelf and same thing. I am OBSESSED! We purchased two for under our television and they are gorgeous! Note they scratch easily but nothing you can’t fix with a sharpie. They are a pain to build the instructions are a little confusing- just make sure you know which direction will be the front and back of the unit before you assemble; we had to rebuild one of ours. The doors were pretty annoying to get aligned but I don’t think that is unique to this product. One of the six doors does not function with the push to close so we have to push back the lever manually when we want to close it but the door itself works.
