This is a very nice product. Heavy-duty and well engineered EXCEPT the piece that backs the upper shelves had several screw holes that didn't line up when others did. This did not effect utility as some screw holes were fine. Lots of screws show, would be better (on the white model) if the screws were white to match the construction members. I am actually using this Bakers Rack Coffee Bar Kitchen Storage Shelf outdoors, for my plants. The materials are high quality and if this baker's rack can hold up to the harsh elements where I live, imagine how long it will last indoors! The item was well packed and came quickly. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. I think it took me about 20 minutes to assemble. It's sturdy and has adjustable 'feet' so you can ensure it's level.
