Came very well packaged. Sink material is nice and thick has large insulation pad things what ever those spots are called to reduce noise. This was purchased to replace a double sink. It fits perfectly. Just be sure to measure twice to make sure you order the correct size. Ours fit perfectly well. Love how deep the sink is and I can use my hands free faucet with no problem. If I wash dishes to high in the sink, my sensor hands free faucet may be activated. I LOVE this sink. It's beautifully crafted, the water runs toward the drain, and it includes a very nice sink grid (sink grids can get very pricey and if they are not included, it's hard to find one that fits perfectly that doesn't cost a small fortune). I have an InSinkerator, so did not need the included drain cover and basket - but they look MUCH better than the InSinkerator drain ;). Note, the sink is very heavy. Just installed my new sink and it looks amazing! My old sink had two sides and two drains, one with a garbage disposal. This single basin one is so much better. No more food going down the non garbage disposal side. Just a warning- the sink is very heavy. Took two of us to hold it and get into position to mount. I chose the under sink mount. If you do this as well make sure you get some heavy duty under sink mount bars to hold it up. It is heavy! A standard garbage disposal fits fine on it. If you go that route you do not need the included drain assembly. The white looks nice and the included rack for the bottom is a nice feature. Will help protect from dishes dropping in sink.
