This outdoor seating set is so comfortable! It’s literally like sitting on a cloud! I have never had outside furniture this comfortable before! I also like that they are wide and not narrow like regular outdoor furniture. I bought two sets because I needed extra seating. The cushions are very thick and they repel water. Assembling was a breeze and the directions were clear. They were shipped quickly and packaged well. The love seat is two, one armed chairs that you push together. They are not one unit. It came so quickly and set up was so easy. It doesnt slide around on our carpet at all. The image was taken immediately out of package. It will probably bulk up by 72 hours. Overall I really like this couch. It’s super cute, spacious, and looks great in my living room. The fabric is soft and I love having the ottoman. My main complaint is that the cushions are thinner than I expected, so it’s not as plush as it looks in the pictures. Assembly was also a little frustrating because some of the pieces were really difficult to fit together, and a couple of them still don’t fit together completely. Open Box buyer beware. While the sofa quality seems like it would be a nice quality, I received the following: Received: Black felt covered SIDE base 2 odd covers (maybe arm covers?) DIDN’T RECEIVE: center base with cover Back support with cover Bottom cushion with cover Back cushion with cover 4 feet I didn’t receive ANYTHING that I ordered and customer service wouldn’t send me a replacement. They offered a refund and the hassle that went along with it. 2 hours on the phone texting customer service and 4 additional calls trying to get to a supervisor who was in the end worthless. We ordered this day bed and we love it. We have dogs that like to get on our sofa and this one is a much better option. It is lower to the ground so keep that in mind if you’re buying it instead of a sofa. I also noticed many people in the reviews saying that the pillows provided won’t fit in the covers. I opened the pillow stuffing folded it in half and put it in the pillow covers and they seem to work perfectly (see picture of small gray pillows). I do think that the daybed needs more pillows so I added some green ones for a pop-up color that matches the other patio decor. I really love this, it’s perfect for our needs. I would’ve given them a five star instead of four but I agree with other reviews that it is difficult because some of the fasteners don’t lineup with the pre-imbedded fasteners. I ordered the Hokku Designs Cloud Couch for our new home and I am obsessed!! We’ve been using it for ~3 weeks now and we love it! The couch is low seating, but we knew that going in and we don’t mind it at all. It’s very comfortable.. perfect for naps. We love being able to comfortably fit multiple people, and being able to move the ottoman is great when you need extra seating or more leg room. Building the couch took about an hour, and the cushion covers were easy to put on. The ottoman is the perfect space to store blankets when we’re not using them. We are loving this couch so far!. Delivery came on the second day of the window the provided me. Delivery guys were friendly and polite. I got all my boxes (9) at once with nothing missing. The couch was really easy to set up. It took me 2 hours by myself. Unboxing the pieces took the longest. Couch is firm but felt comfy at first. Now having lived with it for a few month, I absolutely hate it. I can't lay on it for more than an hour before my back starts to hurt. This is due to the gaps between each piece. The pillows are only partially full, the fabric has flattened quicker than expected. As well, the I am constantly losing remotes, cell phones etc between the cracks as they are wider than expected. Would not recommend unless this is for occasional use only. Anonymous. CA.
