So far so good! If you’re tackling this assembly solo, you can do it! The package came in two heavy boxes and I used a dolly to bring it to my apartment (elevators, stairs may be harder). Assembly took about an hour and was confusing at time but I figured it out. The couch looks great in person and the color is rich. I let it “fluff” for about 3 days before I sat on it, but idk if it actually got fluffier. I’m 5’9 and it may be a hair low for my height. Definitely satisfied with the price paid!. Kee. TX. We purchased 2 in blue for our living room area. We are very pleased with the color and they were fairly easy to assemble within an hour for 2 people. We have washed one slip cover so far and it was easy to remove although putting it back on was challenging as the base foam had less flexibility. We left the middle section out for one to have a “love seat” and fit our space. I’m rating it a 4 because the cushions continually slip and need fluffing up. Let me start by saying I'm so happy these arms even exist! I bought this great 3-section modular sofa which ended up being waaaaay to big for my actual living space. Decided to pull out the middle section and connected the two ends (each had an arm) to make a better-fitting, awesome sofa. The middle section had no arms and to make an extra chair and 1/2, it needed the arms. Once installed, the whole lounging experience in that new unexpected chair is just what it needed! The Big Comfy Couch. It is cushy and plush. It came in 3 boxes. When putting it together, I would suggest putting one box together at a time. This will cut down on mixing up parts and pieces. It is relatively easy to put together if you have general knowledge of putting furniture together. I ordered the charcoal grey. The color is spot on.
