We choose this closet alternative for our nursery since we didnt have quite enough depth for an actual closet. It looks very nice put together. The industrial style rod system is made of metal and very sturdy as long as its anchored correctly. The drawers are fairly shallow so ideal for a nursery but probably not your main storage. This piece was exactly as advertised. The final measurements were exactly as they should be. It is a decent quality. The instructions were very good, but I wish they had said that there was no need to remove baseboards. Each section is in 2 pieces and the top overhangs the bottom at the back by at least 1/4" so the baseboards fit behind it fine. Make sure you pay attention to the circles that show how to align the pieces correctly. Some of the screws were flat rather than pointed, which made it difficult to alight them correctly in the pilot holes. Some of the pilot holes did not go through the laminate, which make it more difficult to start the screws. Overall I am very happy with the piece and it fit perfectly in my closet.. Laura. Missouri. The garment rod holds up to 50lb, perfect for hanging your heavy jacket, overcoat, cotton wadded jacket, jeans, and so on, also the top shelf can be placed suitcase, large storage box, etc. Creating storage in a small space isn't tricky with the help of the freestanding clothes rack.

Seems pretty sturdy. Assembly took 2 hours because of the amount of screws. I was able to assemble by myself, but there were a couple of moments where it was a balancing act and I could have used an extra set of hands. It was hard to tell from the photos, but the white one has a faux leather material on the front of the fabric drawers, which is nice. It arrived quickly and wasn't missing any pieces.
