Bought the set because this was the only one I could find with the smaller footprint to work with companion shelving. All three systems work well and instructions were easy to follow. Always had an extra connector provided too. I realized I had to build it inside the closet if I wanted to use it- so I won the Rubic cube award. The instructions have you completely build the top before the bottom, which in this case meant not only was I working around it but it had to stand it on the cam lock connectors- recommend doing the bottom part first.. Luckily, I was able to assemble this great space-saving coat rack, despite the fact that the majority of the components of this product did not come labeled. Only the long poles came with labels. All of the screws and smaller pieces came together in one bag. The top and bottom pieces were not labeled and are different and not interchangeable. The pictorial instructions are not the greatest. The tricky part is knowing where you want to hang everything in advance. The hanging bars have to be put on in a very specific order or you will have to take it apart and put it back together over and over again.
