I'm taking a star off as they are more lightweight lamps than expected, but the price completely makes up for that. I got these for a spare bedroom so they work well for me. They are attractive and very clean looking, throwing some silvery sparks from the crackle finish + silver metal base. So much so that I'll likely spray paint the shades silver to amp it up more as I appreciate a bit of bling. I think a bedroom is perfect for these, though they would work in a home office. At 23" tall they are a bit smaller than most couch-side placements, but they will work on a taller table as I've used. I hit on a good price, closeout plus sales, but it was the look I liked.
