This is my third Royal easel. I want one in every classroom I work in, which sparks a new purchase now and then. I’m not sure how kindergarten teachers live without one of these. I purchased an extra magnetic lined whiteboard. I made that one a permanent “free choice” board so that I don’t have to keep erasing the other one if we want or need to keep working on whatever we are doing that day. I also keep a pocket chart on the open side and use the main magnetic whiteboard many, many times throughout the day. The removable lined board is also used many times throughout the day. Well made in the USA and very sturdy. The only downside, because the shelves are made from wood, they are not flexible. This makes double stacking books, one behind the other, difficult if the books are thick, like a board book. So, there is a limit to the number of books it will hold. Otherwise, we love it..
