This is a terrific little system! I am a tea drinker and my husband let it slip that the UK has hot water on demand in many places... I asked if we could and lo and behold! Installation was easy*, although we didn't use the supplied filter as we have it going through a filter system already. The temperature isn't exact, so we did have to mess with the dial a little. This under sink unit was nice because it didn’t take up much space and fit nicely under our sink. The water filtration is excellent and the display telling me how much dissolved solids are in the water is a nice feature. My only complaint is how challenging the installation was and how flimsy the connections seem to be. Couldn’t be happier with my decision to install our water softener and reverse osmosis filter. The difference it has made in our water quality is incredible improving so many aspects of our life.
