Any cookware that I hold as a treasure ,you will only find one brand :Circulon .Eventhough I experimented with other brands ,its only Circulon which has consistently comforted me with sustainability. I got this pan to see if I would like it before I bought the whole set. I got is March 30 and it is now May 5. I use it about 4x a week. No discoloration and no coating coming off.
