We had a problem with one piece being broken but Wayfair and the maker of the bed sent a replacement. We only waited a few days. The bed is very nice. My only problem with the bed is that it says to buy a 8” or 12” mattress for the trundle. We purchased the 8” and we are unable to push the trundle back under the bed. I love this frame. It’s very simple yet pretty. As long as you read the instructions carefully and follow them correctly it is easy to put together. Paying my review. I do enjoy the frame but for wooden floors I do not recommend it. The pegs in the middle that hold the bed up keep sliding out and the bed moves around. Even with a carpet and a carpet pad.
