It is actually pretty comfortable if you don’t sit on the seam. It is firm but softens over time. The feel of the material is soft, which I like. It isn’t slick, but feels like worn leather. It is holding up beautifully — no problems. I paid about $250 more than the current price. So this is a good deal. I feel that it was a good investment and I am happy! You could go places with this sofa! It looks like you could but just sit down, stretch out, relax. The leather is nice to touch and you will enjoy the comfort of this piece. Pure Aniline top-grade cow leather. Avoid direct exposure to sunlight/heat. Some color variation is common and acceptable on vintage leather.

This couch is great! It has wheels so it's easy to move to a different area if needed. It's super comfy. It's real leather. I love the industrial look, it's just really cool. I opted for the extra cost to have the crew move it into the room. Was very well worth it & they did a great job. PLEASE NOTE: the wheels are not attached when delivered! - this totally understandable & great way to save on shipping size. BUT - the wheels should be there: look under the sofa (you will have to flip it over or onto the side), there are 2 zippered compartments (one left, one right). They are marked "A" and "B". I've had this chaise/sectional going on two years now. For the most part, it has held up pretty well and looks good in my apartment. However, the MAJOR issue I have with the product is it's advertised as being faux leather. But when it arrived, the material was definitely not faux leather--but more like a faux suede. I specifically wanted a leather-like material because suede material is more delicate than leather and requires a lot to keep clean, especially during times of high use. That said, I decided to keep it anyway, because it does look good and I didn't feel like going through the process to send it back. It is easy to clean, though, when there is a spill or dirt gets on it. Spills and dirt do come out completely without leaving a stain. I use a rag and fabric cleaner. But the caveat to consider is I'm rather religious about cleaning it as soon as any spills and whatnot get on it. Plus, I don't have any kids or pets. The leather on this couch has held up really well, but the “button” divot has popped out in a few areas. The couch is sturdy, but the arms are kind of high and hard to rest your head on. I sprayed it with upholstery protector when it was brand new and it did well. No change in color or texture. Delivery was smooth and easy. I really appreciated having it set up for us, even though it's a pretty simple assembly. I paid over $900, which I think might be a little overpriced for the quality.
