I just received this a few days ago and have used it on the grill to make pork tenderloin and hamburgers. They were delicious and the griddle worked perfectly. I did use marinate with molasses ingredient which was hard to get off griddle but with extra effort it did come off. I will get a lot of use out of this griddle. So glad I opted for a Monument grill cover rather than purchasing from a box store.
