Decent bed. Feels sturdy enough I was able to put it together alone, but it took about 8 hours going at a slow pace with lots of breaks. Get a kneepad if you have one. Be sure to look at both sides of each piece immediately after you attach to make sure you have the right orientation. I found a backwards one twice and it was a considerable setback. The directions could be confusing at times, generally just sitting and staring at the parts for a bit or looking ahead to next few steps would made it clear. I'm giving it a 4 star review be use a received 3 unlabeled parts, luckily I could narrow them down. And because the pull out shelfs cannot be wheeled out , at least if you have carpet, and are a very tight fit. Photo attached shows why. The bottom of the shelf sides touches the ground and makes the wheels pointless. I will likely use them in the closet instead. The storage drawers are a little awkward to use. Very nice king size bed frame, but it has SO MANY PIECES.. it took us 4 hours to put this together. The drawers underneath are flimsy wire racks that have tiny plastic wheels underneath. This was actually very simple to put together. I did it 99 by myself. I did have help standing up the head board once I finished that. I feel that it is good quality the metal is sturdy, the boards are thick. I really Like the finish that I was originally very iffy on. I was also able to find matching dressers! When my niece came to me and told me that she needed a bed for her room and that she wanted a white bed for her pink themed room and that her room was dorm sized, I was ready to accept defeat. But then, I realized that I had Wayfair! This bed really is a multifunctional bed that is fits perfectly in a small room. The storage compartments on the headboard allow for extra space to place items so that a nightstand or a bookshelf is not needed. My niece is able to put her electronics as well as her K-Pop items on these shelves as display. The light setting on the bed is also a bonus. Not only does it act as a night light, but it also sets a vibe in the room, gives the room the "aura" that the kids love. There are multiple light colors as well as multi-color settings. There is also a remote that controls the lights so you don't have to download an app. Having a charging port on the bed is a nice touch. Being able to charge my electronics without having to get out of bed is nice when you are feeling tired. Also, she can use these ports to plug in wall art or other things. The material on the bed is really nice. It feels soft to the touch. It is of high quality and easy to clean it, you would just need some warm soap and water to clean. The bed is sturdy, durable. There is no fear that it will cave or break when laying on it or plopping down after a long day of work and school. Assembly was pretty easy. It took all of 40 minutes with 2 people to assemble and that is with socializing. All the pieces fit together wonderful, no holes too small or not lining up. The wood is also nice; nothing was split. The wooden panels also serves as a great addition to the bed. Not having to have a box spring is a major plus. I will admit that I do place one of those boards down before placing the mattress but only so that the mattress can last longer (no seeping through the spacing of the panels). I, as well as my niece, absolutely love this bed and I recommend anyone looking for a bed for their guest room, dorm room, small apartment space, or any room in general to choose this bed.. Kourtnei. I am extremely happy with this bed frame! It arrived well-packaged and all of the parts were clearly labeled, which made assembly much easier than I expected. While it did take some time to put together, the instructions were straightforward and everything fit together properly. The storage drawers are one of my favorite features. They slide smoothly and provide a surprising amount of extra storage space for blankets, sheets, seasonal clothing, and other items that would normally clutter up a bedroom. The built-in headboard shelving is also incredibly convenient for keeping everyday essentials within reach.
