Today I got the package for silk lampshade. I have 7 orient lamps all with silk shades. The one I got early 2001 with beige scalloped shade with plastic lining until it turned brown and cracked. I have bought a small silk lampshade at lamp shop before. It was over $100 and now I am retired. I need a new shade so badly and I tried Wayfair and looked carefully with sizes. It’s affordable. Got the shade and touched carefully. The fabric is really silk! So I placed on the lamp. Sides was correct 12 inches. The bottom and top was 1.5 inches short. The shade is made with a UNO construction, designed for a UNO Fitter Ring lampshades fit E26 sockets that measure 36mm Inner Diameter. Assembly is required for this lampshade but it has easy to set up clips on design. Just fit the top and bottom ring into the clips on each long edge of the shade and fasten the hook & loop fastener once assembled use as desired. Suitable for many table lamps, accent lamps, vintage lamps, candle stick lamps, kid's room lamps, bedroom lamps, bedroom table lamps, night stand lamps, reading lamps, bedside reading lamps, living room end table lamps and bedroom night stand lamps.

3 stars only because these absolutely did not match my needs. They are beautiful and the color is as shown. Probably my issue that I didn’t understand these shades. They are only fabric, collapsing and only fit a particular lamp style. Return was quick and easy but I am ticked that as a regular Wayfair shopper I had to pay a return fee.
