Omg, I was doubting about getting this couch because reviews didn’t show pictures, but here is an honest review. Shipping was amazing, I was called 2 times before it came, one when he was heading this way and another one when he was here. The couch in general is amazing, fabric and cushions are so soft and it is loungey but you don’t sink into it, so it doesn’t make it easy to stand up but still VERY comfortable, all cushion covers are removable and can be washed which I think it’s the best specially having a pet or kids. Assembly was super easy but the cushions are super thick and fluffy with some weight to them after removing from the vacuum seal. So be careful and give yourself room to build! After reading reviews and test driving the couch myself, I do agree that you slightly sink into it but it is not too much of a bother. I plan on keeping this couch for a long time so I ordered some couch cushion support boards to get ahead of the issue and they work perfectly!
