This sofa was very easy to assemble. It came in three separate boxes. We let the cushions fluff up for the recommended 48 hours since they were vacuum sealed. The seat cushions are firm yet comfortable. They are very roomy. The back cushions are on the thinner side and didn’t fluff up much. Some reasons for taking a star off would be the color. From the stock photo, the sofa seemed to be a beige color but the color of the sofa is more cream, almost white which isn’t exactly what I was hoping for. The back of the sofa isn’t as clean looking as in the stock photo as shown in my photo. I can’t say the longevity of the couch, but for a basement or apartment, I think this is a decent choice.. I love it!! It’s SO comfy! Once I put the bottom together, I was a little scared at first but this is definitely a “trust the process” type of couch lol.
