In order to generate heat, air must be flowing through the grill and around the coals. Airflow causes food to dry out. Unlike the flimsy ones I’ve seen at big-box stores, the side tables on this are super sturdy when you’re prepping food on them. Assembly took me and my son about an hour. The instructions were actually easy to follow, and all the parts were labeled clearly. A huge plus was the bonus grates and griddle plate included in the box. Most brands make you pay a fortune for those extras, so the value for money here is definitely there. We did 15 burgers and some steaks for a party last night, and the heat is so even. The cast iron grates are thick and give great sear marks. It’s a big unit, but it feels like it’s going to last for years. If youre on the fence, just get it. It’s a solid, heavy-duty machine.. K. Overall, product is great! Love the design of the grill, however the quality can use improvement. This is the sole reason why we are giving 4 Stars. The product is super sensitive, immediately after opening product, had a few pieces shuffle around and right after big scratches were made on the product. Assembly was straightforward, and it feels sturdy for the price. It heats up quickly, and the five burners provide plenty of cooking space and flexibility for both direct and indirect grilling. The built-in thermometer is convenient for monitoring heat, and the side shelves offer useful prep space. The cast-iron grates retain heat well and produce nice grill marks. Cleanup has also been easier than I expected after burning off residue and brushing the grates while they're still warm. It was pretty good but you typically get an order and just bring back to my hotel room and work on computer one time so I had to 4 star some of him five levels but this place always and wouldn’t be that hot. Sometimes you get honest and then it just wasn’t so I’d have to ask for the tree. He took one guys out for dinner down there to that place and he likes his stuff he used to be pretty sure last couple years just kind of hit the heat we would go for boy they had it together man it was it was was so hot.
