This Oklahoma Joe’s® Grill is built for pitmasters who want greater control, more capacity, and consistently even results for barbecue, smoking meat, and diverse outdoor cooking in the backyard. This grill with offset smoker uses charcoal and hardwood splits or chunks to deliver authentic BBQ flavor through indirect heat, enhanced by reverse flow technology that circulates smoke and heat evenly across the cooking chamber.
Removable baffles and adjustable smokestack positions let you switch between reverse flow and traditional offset smoking, giving you the flexibility to fine-tune temperature control for different cuts and cook styles during slow cooking. This charcoal grill with smoker is an offset smoker used as a charcoal grill smoker, and it can be used as a traditional offset smoker.
With expanded cooking space, a large charcoal basket for longer burns, and heavy-gauge steel construction, the Highland Reverse Flow Offset Smoker is designed to elevate low-and-slow BBQ with durability, precision, and confidence - backed by a 2-year warranty on all parts. Front shelf keeps tools, sauces, and basting bowls within easy reach while you cook. Side firebox door provides easy access to load fuel and stoke the fire without disrupting cooking temperatures. Step-by-step assembly guide included. 2-year warranty on all parts.
