The first tub was damaged during shipping but Wayfair replaced it. I had seen the same tub a little cheaper somewhere else but bought it from Wayfair due to their excellent customer service. Love the updated look the tub gives our bathroom. I do like the step but you can’t really sit back and soak in deep water unless you sit at the other end and put your feet on the step.
