Beautiful shed. However, pretty tricky to put together - you need two people. The instructions are confusing, pictures are not helpful, all the long pieces on the side back and front are smaller pieces connected to make larger pieces it's quite wobbly through most of the building process. You need time and patience to put this together. Notes: - I consider my husband and I quite handy (we built a primary bedroom closet from scratch - plywood). - we used different handles than in the picture (see ours) because the handles were really bent and cheap metal. The shed arrived packaged in two big bundles and was delivered down two dirt roads to gravel driveway. Great delivery service ! My carpenter neighbor put the building together on piers. However he reinforced the floor with additional two by fours. The building was a good value with the windows. This building is my she-shed for my Mtn getaways. I love to camp and becoming intolerant to inconsiderate, loud, and drunk neighbors in next site. We purchased primitive lot in NC foothillmtn years ago. Unable to afford a second house here, my she shed will be my camping getaway site. No close site neighbors. Plenty of storage space on the shelf inside as well. I have not painted the building yet as too hot in NC but will later. It will serve as my new camping site! My neighbor Keith also constructed a deck for the she shed as well. lightweight and nice style. easy to put together, not a lot of hardware - they are used mostly to support the interlocking pieces. Unfortunately the unit I received had a couple of glitches. One of the wood pieces requiring a screw had a knot in the wood exactly in the place the screw went in. Because the wood is soft, the knot crumbled and then the rest of the piece of wood split with the screw. I ended up just leaving that corner without a screw since there was already an interlocking in place. The second issue was the interior base shelf. The pilot holes in the back were off and weren’t far back enough to screw into the back base. I left the screws out since there were 4 others in place. There were no reviews on this but I decided to purchase it anyway for our back porch. I wanted something to set beside my grill to store tools and other items. This will live under a covered porch. It is real wood, pine. The pine scent is almost overwhelming when you take it out of the box lol. This is very lightweight. The one door had no holes drilled for the handle so I had to do that myself. Also had to cut a notch in the shelf since it did not fit correctly. I used wood glue and the provided screws and it did sturdy up. This was one of the cheaper ones that I found on the site and overall I am happy with it. I think it will serve its purpose and I do like that it’s real wood and not the fake press board. The metal top is just a sheet over a piece of wood but I think it will be just fine.. Seth. This is a great playhouse for the kids! Went together pretty well—took about a full day including preparing the ground for it. Oh my goodness. Cannot emphasize enough how you shouldn't buy this shed. It's, unfortunately, of very poor quality, the instructions are barely helpful, and the main back panel literally fell apart the moment I moved it. I understand if it was user error, but I'm saying the back that came as one piece fell apart. I'm only making a review because this didn't have a review on it, and it needs one. This is an attractive and functional storage solution. The large double door allows for easy access to the store and retrieves items. Ideal for areas where space is limited and provides an excellent storage solution for bikes or garden equipment.

We call this our “pretty shed”. It took 3 people to assemble and I recommend you stain and seal it pretty quickly as the pine wood absorbs water and spots if not sealed. I also recommend you use a power nailer since the siding shingles are fairly thin and when we tried to use a hammer they started to split. We didn’t seal the roof shingles and are noticing the shingles are shrinking. Had it up for 18 months now - no leaks so far. We love it and hope it stands the test of time -). Michele. San Jose, CA.
