I was VERY pleased with the quality of this furniture. Other cabinets I have purchased only had a colored cardboard back. These had stained plywood backing. They supplied plenty of extra screws and nails. The instructions (only pictures, very little text) were easy to follow and helpful. All of the predrilled holes were properly aligned. Overall, this was excellent furniture at a reasonable price. Both the directions and holes predrilled were fairly easy to assemble. Due to the size it came in 3 sections but once the first was assembled it went much faster. We are pleased with armoire as far as the way it looks but the lack of the 5th star in the rating was simply due to the material in the outer pieces. Buying an unfinished linen cabinet is a great choice if you want high-quality solid wood construction at a fraction of the cost of pre-finished furniture.
