Lots of issues during shipment. Some help from customer service, but my assembly service was canceled so I had to hire someone to assemble. Item was protected by inside wrapping. Outside box did not hold up well to so many trips off and on trucks 3 times over the whole continent. Assembly instructions did not match this item and holes drilled did not match up correctly.
