I was hesitate to think how large when my daddy took it out of the box. It was fun while he put in together for me. It is very bigger now that I lay on it! He said is no problem and very easy to do. It arrived in 2 weeks after purchase. Well packed and efficiently delivered. No damages. I took off a star because of a few issues 1) the assembly instructions are inconsistent. The corner where the sideboards and the headboard connect have two bolts. The instructions implye that they should be at the same level, such that the corner adapter can slide in hand fasten them together .However they were not. 2) one of the groves on the metal frame could not geip the screw provided.
