I am no youngster and not the strongest, but I put it together by myself and with rest stops subtracted from the equation, I was able to get it together in about 5 hours. Again, for the price, it was fine. I had ordered Wayfair assembly but due to some hiccups in shipping I could not get that part coordinated.
