The Cat Tower with Litter Box Enclosure is a great looking piece of furniture for what it is. The walnut color goes well with similarly colored decor. It is of-course like most pet furniture, compressed“cheap” wood, but the finish looks great. My personal experience required a lot of patience to finally get the item in one piece, as I had problems with several damaged pieces and missing pieces. However the manufacturer exercised exemplary business ethic, in the form of determination to get my order right and sent me full replacements even though I was fine with getting the replacement parts only. I finally received the missing frame pieces I needed to complete the setup and appreciate their commitment to the sale. Thankful to Wayfair and the manufacturer for their commitment to making customers happy and getting value for their money.
