This is so cheaply made. How is this originally $100? Even marked down this isn't worth it. It is almost entirely made of cardboard.. For $43, MARKED DOWN. That is crazy. My cats rarely even use it. When I was assembling it, one of the legs snapped in half. That is how I knew for sure the entire base was pressed cardboard. The pieces fit so tightly together, it should have been easy to put together and it was not. They did replace it no problem, but this is such a poorly constructed piece. Unfortunately, I ordered this as open box and the "front" of the house was broken and one of the steps cracked as soon as my cats stepped on it (unclear if it was already damaged before I installed it). I need to reach out about replacement but know that ordering open box was a risk. Aside from that, this was easy to put together and install, but I used toggle bolts for more secure attachments.
