I recently became an unexpected mom to a huge 9-months-old border collie. I needed a good sturdy kennel and wanted one that was attractive as well. I really love this kennel. It is very large, but it's what I needed. I had some difficulty putting it together by myself, but it is very doable. I also purchased the beautiful pillow shown inside in the attached photo from Wayfair, but the pillow is a little too lofty for my dog. Wasn’t hard to build if you have any knowledge of cabinet construction. Generally looks nicer than comparable units because of the raised face door and drawers. Arrived quickly and well packaged. Our dog is only in her crate occasionally but due to some behavioral issues (shes a rescue with a terrible past) we will need a crate available, so I wanted something that looked like a piece of furniture. My husband and I spent just about over an hour putting it together. Overall I am very pleased and would recommend it. My -1 star is for when you pull the corner protectors off, be careful!
