Very nice Catio but installation takes way longer than 60 minutes. The pad they state comes with it did not come with it. Some pictures on the printed instructions were backwards. I’m sure our cats will love it when they get in it.. Margi. TX. Mon Sep 28 2026

Why Your Cats Need a Catio? The outdoors is full of potential dangers for cats. Toxins, predators, vehicles, and even the potential of getting lost can all threaten your cat’s life. But that doesn’t mean that your indoor-only cat can’t enjoy the outdoors. A practical solution is getting a catio, which lets your cat go outdoors and enjoy plenty of fresh air while still being safely contained. If your indoor cat is bored or spends lots of time looking out the window, he might enjoy a catio.

Had potential and is attractive but assembling this is awful (few pre-drilled holes, mislabeled parts, poor instruction labels, not enough hardware) and the “weatherproof” product buckled within days of sitting on my deck. Tried to get support and replace the warped part but would have to start over with a new one or disassemble and return this one for refund.. Alcora. Silver Spring, MD. Thu Sep 10 2026

We were looking for a safe way to let our indoor cats be with us outside (because lets face it, all cats want to go outside) without them running around the neighborhood, getting lost, or hurting themselves. Welp, this was the answer! Right away, our cats had different reactions. One seemed to be content and immediately took to it. The other seemed to feel threatened initially, like she was being put in a big cage (instead of being allowed safely outside as a treat). But, after we let the second cat stay in it by herself for awhile while we worked outside in the garden, she grew more and more content and actually started to thoroughly enjoy her time in the habitat, not wanting to go back in the house. :) We are planning to put in some cat beds and a water dish and a kitty litter on the bottom. Great option, safe, sort of OK to put together (you have to be on the inside of the cage often), and overall sturdy and well put together. Also, it's cedar wood which is FANTASTIC.. Megan. US. This catio is great. It’s pretty roomy, and it’s cute. I live in a townhouse, and don’t have anywhere for my cats to be outside, so this worked out for me to be able to give them a safe area. I cut a hole, and connected a kitty tunnel from the catio, through the doggy door in my pet gate, at my front door. Now they can come in and out, as they please.. Anonymous. Thu May 07 2026

Sooooo many screws to put together so get your drill ready took three people for us to build but definitely minimum is two. We reinforced the platforms with extra screws and few other areas. We were missing 7 main screws but nothing we couldn’t get at the stores. We have three heavy/fat cats. Overall I’d say if you would like a safe and spacious enclosure for your cats this is nice.. The Ultimate Outdoor Retreat—Where Safety Meets the Freedom of the Wild Every indoor cat dreams of the outdoors, but the world can be a dangerous place. We’ve redesigned the classic outdoor enclosure by focusing on what matters most: temperature control and comfort. Combined with insulated nesting boxes for winter and expansive bridges for play, this isn't just a cage—it’s a resort. Whether they are sunbathing on one of the 8 platforms or watching birds from the safety of the wire mesh, your cats will experience a quality of life that only a [Brand Name] Catio can provide.

A stray cat waiting in the cold. You can't take them all in, but you can give them a safe place to stay. This double-decker shelter is built for outdoor life—stray and feral cats included. Insulated walls hold warmth inside. A raised base keeps dampness out. The removable roof makes cleaning simple. Place it in your yard, an alley, or any quiet corner. It's not fancy. It just works. And for a cat with nowhere else to go, that means everything.
