This patio weight base is awesome! It arrived well packaged with everything you need to assemble the base including an Allen wrench and screwdriver. The instructions were easy to understand and the base was extremely easy and quick to assemble. To fill the base up, you lay it on its side. I opted to fill it with water since it is easy to dump out to move inside for any kind of tropical storm or hurricane preparedness. There are so many positive things about this base. First of all, I love the fact that it is on sturdy casters and can roll easily around to move the umbrella effortlessly. The casters have two lockable wheels that are easy to unlock and lock.
