Customers praise the product's weight, compatibility with various umbrellas, and functionality. Many found it sturdy and well-made, providing excellent stability in normal wind conditions. However, some experienced issues with stability in stronger winds or when the umbrella was tilted, and a few noted concerns about the color consistency.
