What a work of art I thought I was crazy for spending so much money on 1 single pot after opening it I have zero regrets.I did some research before buying and was scared I would get a Chinese copy but as you can see from the photo it has made in Brazil right on the bottom to me that’s a big win.When I took it out of the box I thought forsure it had something in it because it’s extremely heavy for it size and the fit and finish is top notch very pleased with my purchase hopefully this will last me a lifetime much better than replacing 15-20$ pot every few years after the toxic coatings come off in my food.. I ordered the creme colored enameled dutch oven. Its really beautiful. It matches my other kitchen items and looks really expensive. The first thing I cooked was smothered steak. It cooks very well and is easy to clean. They also give you some bonus items. A silicone mat to place your pot on after removing it from the oven, two cute little pot holders, a cookbook, and a pecan pie recipe. Ill have to make that. I’m a convert. I’ve been using all clad for 35 years and thought it was the pinnacle. I stumbled on and fell head first into Staub and le creuset. Thought, ok now this is the pinnacle. Tried Demeyere and know 100 that this is it. Steady, even heating that doesn’t drop when food goes in. Super easy to clean after letting it cool, soak a bit and wash. This Finex cast iron sauce pan is awesome it is solid cast iron and appears to be made with very high quality. This is fantastic it can be used on the stove top, in the oven, or over an open fire.
