Perfect for senior cat to walk up to get up on a window bench and also the bed. Steps just arrived earlier today and he hasn't used it yet but has been checking it out and sniffing carpeted steps. It looks very promising. Very sturdy and well made.. Jeanette. Mentor, OH. Thu Sep 03 2026

Does your furred friend have a tough time getting up to the top of your bed or couch for a good snuggle? Adding a pet staircase like this is a great option for helping them reach a place they can't quite leap to. Crafted in the USA from solid red oak, this staircase features carpeted steps perfect for making sure those paws don't slip. Panel accents on the sides and a deep neutral stain lend this piece a traditional look.

I bought these stairs for my 20 lb cat who has arthritis and has pain jumping down from the bed. I originally looked at stairs made specifically for cats, but they didn’t seem sturdy enough to support him. These stairs are sturdy, well made, and have held up great. The carpet has also held up really well. My cat uses them every single time he gets off the bed. I would definitely recommend these for anyone with a larger cat (or small dog).. Jessica. USA. These Solid Red Oak Steps will provide years of service for your pet and bring the warmth and feel that only real solid wood can provide into your home.

Do not let the price scare you. These steps are very heavy duty and attractive, better than any others I have seen. I have the 2, 3 and 4 step ones. They were used for years to make spots in my home more easily accessible for my senior cats. My sweet girls are gone now, but the steps are still in great shape. I will be keeping them in storage in case I have a future need.. Rhonda. TN. Wed Aug 12 2026

Has helped with getting my dogs on and off the bed without them hurting themselves by jumping off. We had to teach them how to use the stairs as they had never used them before so that took a little while, but eventually they got the hang of it. The only con of these stairs is that they’re a little wobbly and don’t have much hold on the back other than placing them against the bed. Would have liked a little more sturdiness to them, so the dogs felt a little more safe.. Melissa. IL. Sun May 13 2018

Seems like a functional piece. Purchased for my elderly Chihuahua who is still learning to use it. He is 11 pounds and on the edges of the steps it seems to be a bit too soft and makes him uncomfortable to walk on. However, the middle seems perfectly sturdy. This is completely made of foam, so that makes it light and easy to move from room to room/travel. It is also a nice light camel color.. Michael. Rome, GA. Wed Sep 11 2024
