This umbrella is absolutely huge—great coverage, but definitely something to consider if you have a smaller patio. It takes up more space than you might expect. It’s extremely durable and very heavy, which makes it feel sturdy and secure. One thing that isn’t obvious in the product images is that the base is also massive. As you can see in my photos, it has a large footprint, so you’ll want to plan your layout accordingly. That said, the quality is excellent. At the 300 price point, you truly get what you pay for. Great umbrella. Just what we’d been looking for to bring shade to a sitting area that faces the northwest…works out perfectly. My husband assembled by himself and he said it was easy…just took a little time. The only thing he didn’t like was the base that came with it. Once you filled it there would be no moving the umbrella around. So he stopped the final assembly had me order a different one on wheels that holds rocks. We used it for the first time and love it!.
