The light is thin and the springs on the side seem heavy duty. The junction box itself is metal not plastic like some others. They state they are insulation safe which is for a remodeling. It's crafted from a rugged metal frame with a smooth PC lampshade that maintains a light, balanced profile while remaining resistant to dust. The integrated LED light provides ambient illumination across the room, with three color temperatures and adjustable brightness levels to support your daily routines. It's smart-enabled and comes with a remote control, allowing you to easily manage the dimming, timer, and soft light start functions. Plus, its hardwired design allows for a quick installation in approximately 20 minutes.

This was the perfect choice for my home office. The jbox which controls this light fixture would not allow for a dimmer switch so this Deontee fixture worked perfectly: LED, dimmable and the ability to change the color temperature. It was affordable and easy to install (though I think I need to fiddle with it a bit so the fixture will fit more flush to the ceiling). I am considering placing an order for a second fixture in an adjacent hallway--good to know that one remote can control both fixtures.. Gerry. Minneapolis, MN. Sun Oct 18 2026

These are great. We purchased these lights for our kitchen, and put them on a dimmer. Very bright, so I’d definitely make sure not to skip the dimmer.. Alex. Queens. Fri Oct 23 2026

Super easy to install. We have two of them on one light switch and 1 on another. Unfortunately they do not have a memory function so they don’t always coordinate and the remote won’t control them all at once. However for the price they are great. The remote is easy to use and one remote can be pointed at each light but it won’t control all the lights at once.. Leah. Providence, RI. Sun Sep 06 2026

Haven’t installed yet, but these were a great value on sale! I’ve seen some places charging 80 per light and the cheapest other option was still 40. Since I have to buy a large volume of these, a savings of 5-10 per light realllllly adds up! Doing these in a handful of rooms and will probably end up ordering more and phasing out all of our old lights once we finish the first part of our remodel. Theresa. Sun Sep 21 2025
