The TR305S handheld remote control is designed for compatible DC motor ceiling fans, putting convenient fan and lighting control at your fingertips. Easily power the fan and light on or off, adjust fan speeds, dim the light, and select the desired color temperature. Additional features include 1-, 3-, and 6-hour sleep timers, Home Away mode to randomly turn the light on and off while you’re away, Fresh Air mode to simulate a natural breeze, and Safe Exit mode to delay fan and light shutoff for one minute. Seasonal direction controls allow you to switch between winter and summer operation for year-round comfort."

Our newest, best, and easiest to use control. This system controls four fan speeds in forwarding and full-range light dimming. To better adapt to the changing world of light bulb technology, this control system features a CFL Auto-Detect feature that prohibits light dimming if non-dimming CFL bulbs are used in the fan. It also is our first control that eliminates dip switches and frequency interference through the use of Learning Code Synchronization. Similar to garage door programming, the fan, and control are paired together when installed with a unique pairing code automatically. To increase flexibility, this control system can be used in Indoor to Damp location environments.

So far so good. Received sooner than expected and was easy to set up. It is a nice massage too, the lower back is stronger but I expected that. One issue is when I lower the chair from the 360 position I hear kind of a snap from underneath. Will need to investigate that closer hopefully will not be a major problem.. Debbie. Idaho. I have a ceiling fan light that's still going strong after 13 years -- except for the remote. No amount of cleaning or new batteries would resuscitate it. I found this one a year ago that doesn't say it's for my fan but was the identical shape and color. Problem solved! I didn't even need to change the pin settings, just insert the batteries and I was good to go. Just note that the "Delay Off" button in the lower left corner (where my original dimmer button was located) works my light dimmer). I ignore the text and everything works as the old one did. I love it! Pros: Good replacement fan remote.. Pamela. Alameda, CA. Wed Aug 12 2015
