Order was well packaged, arrived timely and without damage. Ceiling lamp did require assembly. Each glass ball had to unwrapped and added at the appropriate point on the metal frame. Instructions were clear and assembly was simple but took a bit of time considering the number of glass balls. Installation was straightforward. It provides soft light which is what I was looking for. If you are looking for bright, book-reading light, I don’t think this one is for you. I was worried it would be too large for my space but it worked out perfectly. I only dropped a star because you can see the metal frame between the glass globes and I had hoped the frame would be completely hidden. Overall happy with this light and would recommend.. Lisa. I will say the install was very nerve wracking because you had to attach these hooks to the balls and then attach them to the springs that are on the flushed mount. It puts you in the mind of attaching hooks to a Christmas ornament. You have to be very careful when installing not to risk dropping and breaking one. I have two of these in the living room. Very pleased with product. Contractor says easy installation. Used led candelabra lights and the glass bulbs are a screw on that need to be removed carefully to not let them fall.
