Love, love, love this daybed! It's sturdy, attractive and comfortable. It's exactly what I was hoping for for my screened in porch. I paid for someone to deliver it to the room of my choice as my porch is upstairs & I also paid for someone to assemble it although I ended up cancelling that service because the 1st guy cancelled & decided I would try to tackle it myself. I was able to assemble it in about 15 mins (not including the time to unpack it & put the covers on the cushions). It was a little awkward because of the size but I had previous experience putting together the chairs and table that are part of this collection so I think that helped.. Jennifer. GA. We waited a long time for these to arrive and continually had updates on the arrival date changes. I understood, as I know that there are shipping delays, but if I had needed these on time I would have been very disappointed with how long they took. Almost 4 months late. They were missing the hardware to fasten them together. When I called to request the fasteners they gave me a credit which I appreciated and I would say was excellent service. Overall I love the couches (ordered two of them at same time) and searched for over a year for the exact style and type that I was looking for. The sunbrella fabric is great and you just wash them off with the hose and everything comes right off. We had some rain unexpectedly and didn’t have them covered, and all was good. They dried fast and we were able to sit on them the next day. They are heavy and well made and the teak is nice. I like the ties on the back of the cushions they keep them in place and the back cushions don’t blow over in the wind.. Ruth. Queen Creek, AZ. Thu Sep 17 2020
