Very nice king size bed frame, but it has SO MANY PIECES.. it took us 4 hours to put this together. The drawers underneath are flimsy wire racks that have tiny plastic wheels underneath. After reviewing many headboards I’m glad I bought this one. For the price it’s a great investment. It’s sturdy and I love the bookshelves on the endcap, it’s big enough for a frame and to place a water bottle at night. In the week that I’ve had the headboard I’ve noticed that it definitely needs to be dusted weekly. Just wish it wasn’t made of mdf, but again, what do you expect for the price, you can’t beat it. This was actually very simple to put together. I did it 99 by myself. I did have help standing up the head board once I finished that. Decent bed. Feels sturdy enough I was able to put it together alone, but it took about 8 hours going at a slow pace with lots of breaks. Get a kneepad if you have one. Be sure to look at both sides of each piece immediately after you attach to make sure you have the right orientation. I found a backwards one twice and it was a considerable setback. The directions could be confusing at times, generally just sitting and staring at the parts for a bit or looking ahead to next few steps would made it clear. I'm giving it a 4 star review be use a received 3 unlabeled parts, luckily I could narrow them down. And because the pull out shelfs cannot be wheeled out , at least if you have carpet, and are a very tight fit. Photo attached shows why. The bottom of the shelf sides touches the ground and makes the wheels pointless. I will likely use them in the closet instead. The storage drawers are a little awkward to use. I struggle get the hook lined up and set in the slot to close them. Do not recommend if you have a bad back or mobility issues. The light is great if you like a bit of a night light.. M. Madison, WI. This bed is gorgeous! It wasn’t easy to put together, but all the parts were there and nothing was broken. It took 2 of us almost 6 hours. This Headboard is well made. Sturdy and exactly as it was stated in the description. The only problem we encountered was the Hinge Unit to secure the padded headboard. There was no way to use it. Without removing the springs and leaving the springs off the Hinge Unit. We installed without the Springs on the Hinge Unit. It works perfectly without them. The King Size Upholstered Linen Headboard with Storage, Charging Station and LED Light arrived with each part nicely wrapped in plastic. The directions were 99% pictures with a few words on some steps. Assembly took a lot longer than my husband and I anticipated it would, which is why I didn't take any pictures of the assembly process. There is one step early on that says to not tighten the screws all the way until step 8. But once you get to step 8, it is difficult to tighten those screws with the allen wrench as there is not much room to actually turn the wrench. We have an adjustable Sleep Number bed, so we were not able to use the included brackets to attach the headboard to the frame of our bed. But the headboard does fit nicely between the bed and the wall and is stable without being attached to the frame, and it still allows us to raise the head of our bed without affecting the headboard. We downloaded the app for the lights, and it works nicely and you can have the lights come on and turn off at a set time through the app. We ended up using the USB-A slot in the charging station to plug the LED lights into, instead of running the plug for the lights behind the headboard as we didn't have an open outlet behind the headboard after plugging in our bed and the headboard plug. Which works fine for us and currently we don't have anything else sitting in the storage area on the headboard.
