This was my second attempt at getting a new recliner. Had to return the first one I bought so thought I would give Wayfair another shot. I’ve bought a few other things from them and was happy with my purchases. With this recliner we were off to a shaky start with getting it assembled. I purchased the assembly service via Wayfair and the first appointment was canceled after I had already cancelled an important appointment so I would be home. He managed to keep the appointment and once he was at my house everything turned around. The gentleman who assembled the chair was so nice! He was prompt and professional too. Now I’m in love with this chair!! It’s so comfortable and does everything, massage, heat, cup holders, lifts to aid in standing. The material is buttery soft.
