Giving 4 stars bc the assembly directions were not detailed enough and 1 of the small plastic knobs did not tighten, and most frustrating was the battery cover in the back, the tiniest screw ever! We’ve had this vanity for a year now and my 8 year old daughter uses it daily. It’s easy to clean (which is great when you have a younger child experimenting with make up) and is sturdy. The light on the mirror has multiple settings which is great when applying make up. I often find myself using this vanity when getting ready as I like the lighting better than my bathroom. The size is perfect for a young girl and teenager. It’s decent for an adult as well, but maybe a little small if you have more skin care and make up that you want to store in the vanity. I’m still in the middle of building this and keep having to put it away because it’s a surprise for my daughter I’ll definitely post a pic of the whole thing once it’s finished! So far though I’m really impressed. For kids’ furniture, it actually feels sturdy, not flimsy at all. And the pink is SO cute. It really pops without looking cheap or washed out. Heads up: there are a lot of pieces, so definitely give yourself some time to put it together. That said, it’s super easy and straightforward nothing complicated, just a bit time consuming. The size is perfect for a 4–5 year old, but it also feels like something she’ll grow into and use for years, not something she’ll outgrow in a few months. And I love the storage options—so many spots for brushes, play makeup, accessories, all the little things that usually end up everywhere.
