This product is really nice! Everything seems really sturdy and all the wood pieces fit nicely together, except for one stairs bar which won’t tighten fully and therefore is a little wobbly (I’ll be contacting the seller to hopefully get a replacement piece.) Our 2 and 4 year old girls love this bunk bed. It's low enough on the top where they're not scared. There's not much room to sit up on the bottom but that's expected. I'm happy with the bunk bed. But my kids are ecstatic. They were celebrating it for like 30 minutes. And the best part is they sleep better now. Putting it together was as difficult as advertised and due to my fitness level, I was sore for days after. The instructions were thorough, though could have been better as some steps could be merged with later ones to make the construction easier to accomplish. And the slats portion could be improved significantly as some were shorter than others. Those steps also didn't convey that the position of each wasn't fixed. So I had to measure the bed frame and put marks down to ensure I did it evenly. I would have expected markings on the frame to indicate where the slats would go. Looks just like the picture online once assembled, ended up being the perfect size and height for my son’s bedroom and for him to enjoy for years to come, feels sturdy, good quality material. Assembly company was pretty good the first person wasn’t quite able to complete the assembly, I called and someone came two days later and finished it up, was fine since we are still in the process of moving our things. The photo is with an 8” twin mattress on top also purchased from Wayfair, still moving our full size mattress over and the trundle is very handy. I highly recommend this bed!. Patricia. This bunkbed is really nice looking and solid and a great bargain. The bed gets 5 stars. HOWEVER, assembly was an atrocious process and would earn negative stars. None of the parts were labeled. Each piece had multiple patterns of holes on several sides and trying to line them up facing the proper way was a process. The instructions are almost nonexistent- just very small pictures with confusing arrows everywhere. Once everything was lined up appropriately it really wasn’t hard to put together but labels and written instructions would make a huge difference.
