I put it together on my own in about 1.5hrs, with two people it would be quicker and easier - but definitely manageable on your own. Took a star away as if you have a baseboard the screws provided to anchor it to the wall are not long enough and youll need to go out and buy longer ones yourself. Our toilet tank is flush with the wall so we left the bottom support crosspiece off until we fitted the bottom portion over the toilet, we then added the crosspiece in place, then the top unit. It is nice looking and we love that it holds so much, especially living in a small apartment. it took a long time to put together, but mostly because it was so complicated. The instructions were pretty clear, as these things go. Couple minor complaints: 1) Our bathroom has a bit of a smell with it newly installed. I'm sure this will go away but a little concerning that it is off-gassing. 2) One of the doors arrived with a flaw, the coating was coming off, which is super disappointing. We have a small powder room and this works perfect. Probably took me 20 minutes to assemble and I had no problem aligning the doors. It took my husband 5 minutes to hang.
